I have never had a blog before so this should be pretty interesting.   Anyone who knows me, knows I am a pretty anxious person.  This blog is created for a health and wellness class and it is my hope that through this I will learn to relax and maybe teach others a thing or two.  Even if I just let you know that you are not alone in your anxiety that works for me.  So buckle up and enjoy this journey with me.  Let's learn to RELAX!

    This is a very new experience for me as well. I have set up my blog before for business purposes but never did anything with it so I am excited that we get to this and it will get me in the habit of keeping a blog. I do the idea of sharing things with others through blogging and a way to keep track of my life as I go along... I love your choice in layout and template... looking forward to hearing more from you.

    I too am relatively new to the Blogging world. I think once I get the hang of all of this I just might keep doing it after this class is over. BTW, your background is really cool. Kind of makes me think of home which promotes relaxation. :)
